PRIVACY POLICY THE HOSPITALITY GROUP B.V.
The Hospitality Group, located at Veemarktkade 8, 5222 AE ’s Hertogenbosch, highly values the protection of personal data. Within this privacy policy we would like to provide clear and transparant information regarding processing personal data. We make every effort to ensure privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. In all cases The Hospitality Group adheres to applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). This implies that we at least:

  • Processing your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which they were provided, these goals and type of personal data are described in this privacy policy;

The Hospitality Group processes your personal data since you benefit from our services and/or because you provided this data to us.Below you can find an overview of the processed data:

  • Other personal data which is actively provided during communication

The above mentioned data are processed for the purpose of the following aims:

  • You are a current or former client or supplier of us. In this case we use your personal data for communication about our services.
  • We use your personal data for direct marketing to send you information and newsletters.
  • We could use your personal data to comply with legal obligations, such as required information for tax authorities.
  • Your data is used for the purpose of executing agreed activities or arrangements.
  • Your data is used for the purpose of invoicing.

The Hospitality Group stores your personal data no longer then it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. Personal data received by us, are stored, kept and used for as long as necessary and as a long as a collaboration is in place.

PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA FROM PROSPECTS, STAKEHOLDERS AND INTERESTED

The personal data of prospects, stakeholders and/or interested are processed by The Hospitality Group for the purpose of the following aims:

  • Your personal data are used for providing information in the context a newsletter of direct contacts

In order to achieve the above mentioned purpose The Hospitality Group could ask the following data:

  • Surname
  • Address details
  • E-mail address

This data is used based on the following principle, which is determined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

The permission of the involved party could be obtained orally, by providing a business card or
digitally. Prior to sending the newsletter permission is asked, this permission could be provided by a digital subscription for the newsletter.

PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA FROM EMPLOYEES

Personal data of employees are used by The Hospitality Group for the purpose of the following aim:

  • Executing the labour agreement

In order to comply with the above mentioned purpose, The Hospitality Group could ask for the following data:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Date of birth
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Social security number
  • Bankaccount number
  • Copy of ID or passport

The Hospitality Group saves the personal data no longer then strictly needed to fulfill the purposes for which your data is collected. For some of this data a fiscal retention is required. The Hospitality Group is legally obligated to keep a copy of a ID or passport and a payroll tax declaration for 5 years after termination of employment. For the remaining data no legal retention is in place, this data is stored until 2 years after termination of employment.

PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA TOWARD THIRD PARTIES

The Hospitality Group provides your personal data never towards third parties for commercial purposes. Furthermore, The Hospitality Group provides these solely to third parties when necessary for salary payments or to comply with agreed arrangements.
With the organizations who receive your personal data on behalf of The Hospitality Group, a process agreement is made. This agreement is made to protect the privacy and security of your personal data.

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to see and adjust your personal data or to have them removed. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your permission for processing your personal data or to object to the processing of this data. Additionally, you have the right to data portability. This entails that you are able to request to have your personal data send to you or to a other, indicated by you, organization. In this case we might ask you to legitimize yourself before carrying out the request.

  • The Hospitality Group takes the protection or your personal data seriously and takes proper measures to avoid misusage, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted publication and unauthorized adjustments. We have taken accurate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, such as:
